We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the item and a description of the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
